Returns and Exchanges Policy - SAUVAJA


In SAUVAJA each garment is unique, produced in limited editions and handcrafted with organic materials. That's why we ask you to carefully review the size guides and the description of each product before you buy. We believe in a conscious consumption that also minimizes unnecessary returns and their environmental impact.

1. Can I return a product?


We accept returns only if the garment:

- Presents verifiable manufacturing defects (stitching, fabric, print).

- Arrives damaged during shipment.

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind or mistake when choosing size, color or model.

- Improper use or incorrect washing (see care guide).

 

2. Deadlines

- Notify any incident within 7 days after delivery.

- Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags.

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in case of our error.

 

3. Returns and sustainability


Each return generates CO₂ emissions and packaging waste. That's why we invite you to shop consciously, use our size guides and contact us before you buy if you have any doubts. We are here to help you choose the perfect garment.

4. How to manage a return?


Write to us at SAUVAJASTORE@GMAIL.COM with:

- Order number.

- Photos of the defect (if applicable).

- Reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and will respond within 48 hours.
